A data center should be located where people work and live.
Our first data center is located in a city close to Oslo. Our concept is several citycentric datacenters connected for fast access and redundancy.

The Code of Green
​All electricity generation in Norway is renewable and almost entirely from hydroelectric power plants.  Our climate is cold and ensures efficient free cooling all year. Waste heat from the data center is reused for local city heating and other electricity generation. This is true Code of Green!

 

Security and Capacity
Physical security is important and critical infrastructure can be placed inside a mountain or in a secured building, based on the security level required by the customer.
Advanced cctv surveillance and monitoring connected to an external 24/7 alarm central.
Capacity is available with plenty of space to grow, energy available for the future and fiber connectivity.

 

Space for growth
Today, one of our sites have 4.000 sqm available space within a mountain. This can be expanded by additional 10.000 sqm floor space and external building space above 100.000 sqm as needed. Other sites are available both in operation and under development.

 

Redundant Power
From 0,5 to 2 MW is available for instant use and additional capacity short term up to 20MW. For further growth even 100MW will be available. Overall, redundancy is maintained by several ring structure towards the national electric grid. Addition we supply emergency power by using generators and UPS with batteries. Depending on location.

 

Available Recourses
Needed competence for all services required for the Datacenters is available through many local companies.
The area is popular for living and recreation all year. There are 3 International Airports within 90 min by car, bus or train.

 

Highways of Connectivity
All the main fiber providers are present at our data center locations. There are several options for redundant access to Europe and other data centers in Norway.
